Racine County officials will hold a swine flu vaccine clinic Friday for groups at more risk of catching or spreading the virus.Officials will provide the H1N1 vaccine at Case High School, 7345 Washington Ave. between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. They're offering the vaccine to pregnant women, people who care for infants six months old or younger, health care workers, children between six months old and 18 years old and adults with chronic conditions.The Racine County Health Department has more information
