The judge in the trial of Reginald Keith, charged with child neglect and with failing to protect Christopher Thomas's sister, on Friday denied Keith's motion to dismiss his case due to prosecutorial misconduct.Milwaukee County Circuit Judge David Borowski also denied Keith's attorney, Glenn O. County Executive Scott Walker issued layoff notices to 11 park workers this week and more could be in the offing, county budget director Steve Kreklow said.The cuts are a result of trims included in the 2010 budget.The workers are paid $15 to $19 an hour.
