A Shorewood School District employee has been charged in federal court - again - with being part of her son's lucrative marijuana-dealing operation in Fox Point, according to court documents.Vicki E. Shorewood approves loan to non-profit bookstore

Shorewood — The Village Board this week boosted its Business Development Loan Fund to $500,000 from $100,000 and lent $35,000 from the fund to a non-profit bookstore, Village Administrator Chris Swartz said Thursday.Money for the loan fund comes from a village TIF district. With a TIF district, the village borrows money and uses it for redevelopment.The fund was started with $100,000 in 2007, Swartz said.
