Milwaukee gets 5,000 more doses of swine flu vaccine

Another 5,000 doses of swine flu vaccine have been received by the Milwaukee Health Department, which will hold clinics this week to administer the vaccine.The new supply includes 3,500 doses of injectable H1N1 swine flu vaccine and 1,500 doses of nasal spray vaccine, which will be added to 650 doses of nasal vaccine left over from earlier clinics.Both forms of the vaccine are available for high priority groups: pregnant women; children ages 6 months to 18 years; health care workers who have direct patient contact; and household members and caregivers of children younger than 6 months old.
