Kanavas, Walker blame Doyle for interchange crisis

State Sen. Ted Kanavas and Milwaukee County Executive Scott Walker accused Gov. Jim Doyle of making a politically motivated mistake in putting reconstruction of I-94 south of Milwaukee ahead of rebuilding the Zoo Interchange on the state's freeway repair priority list.
